GAYLE DANLEY
We could not be more excited that SLAM Poet Gayle Danley is gracing us with her presence. SLAM combines movement, voice, drama and the written word for an unforgettable poetry experience. A master of education through poetry, Gayle has been honored for her work by the Washington Post and has been featured on 60 Minutes for elevating SLAM poetry to a new kind of street art. Trust us, you don't want to miss this.

VANESSA ANTRUM
As a breast cancer survivor, Vanessa has the extraordinary gift of bringing music alive for the hearing impaired. She is the past president of Signs and Wonders Creative Interpreting Ensemble (SAWCIE) and currently serves on the board of the Celebrate Life Foundation (CLF).  Since her diagnosis in 2005, Vanessa has used her skills to bring music to life for hearing impaired individuals attending concerts performed by such recording artist as Fred Hammond, Yolanda Adams, Beverly Crawford, Dottie Pebbles, Patrick Lundy & the Ministers of Music and the Kurt Carr Singers. We are honored Vanessa has agreed to join us in this endeavor.

NORTHEAST PERFORMING ARTS GROUP
In case you missed NEPAG's unbeatable performance at the Black Family Reunion on the National Mall, here's your chance! In 1979, dedicated youth activist Rita Jackson established NEPAG to provide performing and visual arts opportunities to youngsters living East of the River.  To help them cope with daily challenges, NEPAG performs an unbelievable 250 performances and 2 major shows a year.  Each performance engages a cast of 75 young people and make cultural events available to a community that would otherwise have little access to them.  These kids are amazing.

ELEANOR JOHNSON
Eleanor is a breast cancer survivor who currently works with the hospital on Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, DC. Since her battle with breast cancer, Eleanor has spent much of her time promoting awareness in her community and has been a great asset to P.I.A.P. Eleanor was recently honored for her efforts in organizing a WNBA Mystics game in which all the players wore special pink jerseys later auctioned to raise money for breast cancer research. A portion of the game's proceeds were also donated to help raise awareness about breast cancer.

DJ WILLIE T.
You read it right. When we're not being fascinated by incredibly unique performances, we'll be jammin to the beats of DJ Willie T. We'll be encouraged in our fight against breast cancer with some old and new school beats. We told you it was going to be a party...you don't want to miss it!

FACING OUR RISK OF CANCER EMPOWERED
FORCE's Mission is to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by hereditary breast and ovarian cancer. FORCE provides women with resources to determine whether they are at high risk for breast and ovarian cancer due to genetic predisposition, family history, or other factors. In doing so, FORCE empowers women in the fight against breast cancer through support and education.

LOOK GOOD FEEL BETTER
Look Good…Feel Better is a free, non-medical, brand-neutral, national public service program created to help individuals with cancer look good, improve their self-esteem, and manage their treatment and recovery with greater confidence.
